We were thrilled to accept an award at the 2009 HIA - CSR Housing Awards at the Adelaide Convention Centre on Saturday 10th October. We received Commendation - Renovation Project $250,000 to $300,000 for our Rose Park renovation.

We are now HIA GreenSmart Accredited!
 GreenSmart was established by HIA in 1999. GreenSmart is being positioned to encourage the voluntary uptake of environmentally responsible housing solutions through design and construction, utilising the concept of solar passive design as the fundamental element for sustainable house design. Our aim in achieving this accreditation is to assist our clients in making informed decisions about their design and building materials to improve energy, water & resource efficiency.
