Extensive Addition & Renovation at Beverley
Here are some completed photos of an extensive addition & renovation we recently completed at Beverley. Our brief was to transform an existing single story bungalow with a rear addition including Kitchen, Dining, Living areas, Alfresco, 3rd Bedroom & 2nd Bathroom including a Mezzanine Office overlooking the Living area, also a new Laundry & store room. We also added an Ensuite & WIR off to the side of the Master Bedroom and renovated/rejuvenated the entire house internally.
The clients were particularly interested in achieving a 'Warehouse' look & feel for their new addition. This included constructing a feature brick wall from 2nd hand red bricks and polishing the concrete slab to the Living/Kitchen/Dining area. We also had a custom built steel stair case installed with floating solid timber treads all finished off with square profile stainless steel post, rail & wire balustrade.
