Extension & Renovation at Ovingham

Well, I finally got around to taking some photos of this extension & renovation we completed back in 2010!

This design was provided to us by the clients in association with Kelly Crowe.

The brief was to demolish an existing lean-to from the rear of this existing Cottage and to add a modern, raked ceiling extension & outdoor entertaining area. Set to the backdrop of a church which the owner uses to run his business from, this has turned out to be a fantastic looking and functional extension.

We also extended out to the side of this property so that we could include an Ensuite to the Master Bedroom & a new Laundry. The front verandah was also demolished and rebuilt.

At the rear of the property (behind the Church) we also constructed a double garage with opaque Dampalon cellular polycarb panels under the eaves to allow natural light to flow into the Garage. Some might say a strange option for a Garage, but it works really well!
