We worked hand in hand with the client and architect on this project up front to develop a functional and cost effective high density development.
In total, there are 11 three storey units, each consisting of three bedrooms, one bathroom all on the second floor, open plan kitchen/dining/living/balcony on the first floor and double garage, laundry and second toilet on the ground floor.
The client wanted to test the water on this project so we built the first 3 units to completion in the first phase. Each of these units was immediately sold when they went to market. The final 8 units are due for completion in April 2016 and were all sold off the plan prior to starting on site.
A most successful outcome for the client.
